Good additions to Flipnote Hatena

• Tagging system. People tagged enough for something will be reviewed by the Staff and have an Icon on their Page saying that they are a Scammer, Thief, etc.

• Locked intro. This will show who the orignal owner of the Flipnote is and it CANNOT be cut out of a Spin-off.

• Silver (or other colour) Star. To show that someone has won the Weekly Topic. This will be given directly by the Staff to the Note and cannot be used by the winner (beats winning a Red[?] Star).
